NANOPYME (“Nanocrystalline Permanent Magnets based on Hybrid Metal-Ferrites”) addresses the design and development of high quality permanent magnets without rare earths, as opposed to the costly magnets used nowadays in most technological applications. NANOPYME groups 8 research centers and 3 industrial
partners, from 6 different countries, to create a multidisciplinary framework combining acquired knowledge in nanoscience and advanced production technologies.
NANOPYME is partially funded by the European Community under grant agreement № 310516.
| Total costs: | € 4.500.529 million |
